At Good Intentions Support Services (GISS), we believe every person deserves to live with dignity, choice, and opportunity. Our mission is to provide individualized care and support that meets each person where they are — helping them reach their fullest potential.
We proudly advocate for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and others who may need extra support along life’s journey. By tracking progress, celebrating achievements, and promoting well-being at home and in healthcare.

About Us
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the Human Services field, our founder has devoted her career to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging circumstances — often drawing from personal experiences to connect and inspire hope.
In 2019, she established Good Intentions Support Services (GISS), an organization built on empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals and families in need.
In 2020, Good Intentions Support Services partnered with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to provide Support Coordination Services for the vulnerable populations. This partnership strengthened our mission to ensure that every person, regardless of circumstance, receives the care and advocacy they deserve.
When the COVID-19 pandemic impacted families and communities worldwide, individuals with exceptional needs faced unimaginable challenges. During this time, residential support became an urgent necessity — particularly among the impoverished and those experiencing homelessness.
Driven by compassion and advocacy, Good Intentions Support Services expanded its focus to include Residential Support Services, helping people with specific needs find safety, stability, and dignity. Our goal remains steadfast: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, one act of support at a time.
